What is NLP?

Imagine being able to rewire your neurology and change the way you think to get exactly what you want out of life! Well this is exactly what Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) can do for you. It is a set of techniques and processes that will literally reprogram your brain so you can start living a more fulfilling and soulful life that is true to you.

Neuro

Refers to the nervous system and our neurology. NLP is based on the idea that we experience reality through our 5 senses. It is the way in which our senses work to understand what is happening in the world around us. We translate this information from our senses into thought processes.

Linguistic

The way in which we use verbal and non verbal communication and how it can influence those around us.

Programming

The behaviour patterns and thinking we exhibit, based on the information we process through our senses. Everyone has an order and sequence of thoughts behind everything we do, which in turn can lead to a positive or negative experience.

    You identify that there’s a problem

    You’ve started to notice that certain things in your life are not going well. You may be unhappy in a job, you keep finding yourself in toxic relationships, you struggle to say ‘no' or you generally feel unhappy & that something is not quite right. This could be impacting your sleep, your eating habits, it could even be affecting your physical & mental health & well being.

    In our first session, you will tell me what the problem is

    We start with a deep dive into the issue that is presenting itself so I can identify the root cause of the challenge you are faced with. I will make you aware of how unconscious programming can show itself in our day to day lives.

    I identify what needs to be removed from your system that is holding you back

    From there, I will build the sessions using a variety of coaching, NLP & Timeline Therapy™ techniques you need, to clear the unconscious programming, outdated beliefs & negative patterns that are not serving you.

    Using an NLP technique, I will delete the information that is stored within you, that is not serving you

    Tasks, writing exercises & prompts will be given to you along the way so you can incorporate this into your daily life to make lasting change!

    We will Install the beliefs you do want

    After assessing your core values & what beliefs are important to you, we will use a combination of techniques to install these into your programming. Alongside this, the daily tasks assigned to you will help integrate this further.

The Method

I practice modalities that have been most supportive to me on my journey. As well as using techniques from NLP, Timeline Therapy™ & coaching, I use a range of spiritual practises in my sessions too, such as guided meditations, breathwork, mindfulness & writing practises. Developing our spiritual growth as well as our mental & emotional, will open a transformative space to bring you clarity, alignment & allow you to create & live from your truth.
